What type of products do you use?

Our goal is to use high quality products for a reasonable price. We @ UNIE will go and scout out different and good quality products from various vendors in the USA. We make sure and we actually test all our samples before UNIE’s logo is stamped on the garments. We look out for shrinkage, fading & durability. If we are aware of any changes in a product, we will post it on my web site near the item(s) description.

All our products are made in the USA from 100% combed cotton in a sweatshop free environment.

Ordering & Payment Information

How can I place an order?

  1. Order Online & we will send you an UNIE E-mail Invoice through PayPal.
  2. Download an ORDER FORM on UNIE’s website and fax it to 1-800-858-3570.
  3. Call Customer Service @ 845-461-4934, we can process your order over the phone.

How do I place my order online?

  1. Fill out the information on the Online Order Form and Press SUBMIT.
  2. Within one hour you will receive an UNIE E-mail Invoice from PayPal stating your total balance due for your purchase.
  3. When you receive an UNIE E-mail Invoice, all you have to do is click on the PayPal button and you will be linked to PayPal’s website.

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT: Once you are on PayPal’s website.

  1. Review the invoice.
  2. Click on “Use your Credit Card or Bank Account”.
  3. Fill in all the information that is required.
  4. Press “Continue”.
  5. Verify your Payment transaction.
  6. You are done!

IF YOU HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT: Once you are on PayPal’s website.

  1. Review the invoice.
  2. Type in your email address and Password.
  3. Verify your Credit Card or Bank Account information.
  4. You are done!

Once customer service has received your payment, then we will send you an email stating that we have received your payment, plus you will have your shipping information so you can track your package.

UNIE has the right to cancel any order that has not been paid within 2-3 business days.

What types of payment does UNIE and PayPal accept?

UNIE and PayPal accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and DISCOVER cards and only debit cards backed by a Credit Card company listed above (Visa, Mastercard, etc) can be accepted.

All of UNIE orders are processed through PayPal. UNIE gives PayPal the right to process credit card or bank account payments through there website. PayPal features an SSL secure connection during the transaction keeping your information secure and private.

Please note that the charge on your statement will appear "UNIE”.

How can I make changes to my order?

You can send changes to . Changes can only be made if your request is answered before your order is processed. Once your order is processed or shipped, no changes can be made.

How long will my order take to be delivered?

Once your order has been placed either by web site or phone, it will take 2-5 days if the product(s) is available. If the product(s) are not available, then please allow 1-2 weeks. It will be worth the wait. We will definitely keep in touch with you through e-mail in regards to the exact time of delivery.

What is your policy on Returns/Exchanges? (Please Read Carefully)

Inspection of product(s) upon receipt is necessary.  If any item is damaged or missing, you must notify UNIE as soon as possible. UNIE will not consider any claim for damaged or missing items more than fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery.

LIMITED MONEY BACK GUARANTEE:

UNIE offers a limited money back guarantee for fourteen (14) days on unused products only. Sales on used products are final.  To receive a REFUND under the LIMITED MONEY BACK GUARANTEE, you must notify UNIE of your desire to return the product within fourteen (14) days, from the date you received your product.  You must also return the product as packaged to UNIE designated address within five (5) days after you receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.

UNIE will refund the original purchase price of the product and applicable sales taxes. Shipping & Handling fees that you paid when you bought your products are NOT REFUNDABLE, and will be deducted from your REFUND.

If you would like to exchange size(s) or product(s) because the sizes you requested did not fit, UNIE will have to receive the item 1st before we will ship the correct size to you.  However, the returned product(s) must be in the same condition as you received them.

If you are expecting a refund, please allow a reasonable period of time for the product(s) to arrive at UNIE. UNIE will inspect the Product(s) and, after they are accepted, process your refund within 3-5 business days.  UNIE will notify you if your product(s) are not accepted and we will send it back to you.

Shipping Information

What shipping method do you use?

We will try to use the inexpensive but quickest method in order to delivery your product(s) effectively. We will normally ship it out either UPS Ground or US Postal.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been confirmed & shipped. We will send you an e-mail stating how it was sent. If the package was sent UPS, then we will e-mail you the Tracking #. Then you could go to www.UPS.com & track your order. If we ship it US Postal, then we will e-mail you the Delivery Confirmation # & you could call the toll-free# 1-800-222-1811 to track your package. Most of your purchases will go out USPS Ground.

Once your order has been completed we will shred you Credit Card Information. We will not store your Credit Card Information, so if order from us more than once you will have to provide us with your credit card information again.
